The Celtic Tenors

2010 sees the 10th anniversary of The Celtic Tenors – and the group has never been busier, continuing to move forward and breaking new ground.
Each of the Celtic Tenors is classically trained. Daryl, James and Matthew met together on the operatic stage in Dublin over a decade ago. While opera, classical and choral music may be their foundation, each tenor has been influenced hugely by the musical traditions from their own individual parts of Ireland. Their show includes tenor classics such as Pavarotti and Bocelli standards, spiritual songs, musical theatre hits, even some pop, as well as songs from their latest North American album, whilst not forgetting a wealth of Celtic and Irish classics – both old and contemporary.
The Celtic Tenors live show is an experience overflowing with vitality and variety from start to finish. The unique voices, charm and wit of Daryl, James and Matthew, combined with talented young Musical Director Colm Henry, create an emotive journey with a thoroughly uplifting experience. Their voices and personalities always shine through alongside their undeniable Celtic charm.
