In this entertainment with songs and drawings, John Hegley presents tales about a Frenchman with some unusual [but clean] habits, which include burying his dog’s kennel and his own luggage pieces.
The stories appear alongside other new works, which include an address to aliens on the subject of transport, a poem about a non-talking parrot and some animal impersonations with the aid of a handkerchief.
The audience is invited to sing along. But not to dance. Much.

Ardal O’Hanlon
08 October 7:30 PM
In his new stand-up show, Ardal O’Hanlon laughs in the face of mounting adversity – recession, inclement weather, an aging body, and impending doom. He fearlessly turns the spotlight on surviving relationships, raising children and … the Swiss.
A highly acclaimed stand-up, Ardal has toured to sell-out audiences internationally (including extensive live work across the US, Canada, Australia, Far East and Europe) and has released two Top Ten stand-up DVDs. He continues to be one of the most sought-after comedians working.
Perhaps best known on TV for his much loved role Father Dougal Maguire in Father Ted, Ardal’s acclaimed roles also include George Sunday/ Thermoman in My Hero and Eamon in Big Bad World; with guest leads in Doctor Who and Skins. Read more about this event … or
