Tideswell Male Voice Choir presents Showstoppers Spectacular!

Following yet another sell out concert in 2009, Tideswell Male Voice Choir present their 2010 Showstoppers Spetacular.
This year’s event will centre around favourites from the world of musical theatre and film.
Sharing the stage with the choir this year will be two stars from the West End – Helen Owen and Vicki Ekanoye (currently to be seen in Les Misérables and The Lion King respectively) – together with a chorus of local young talent.
Also, making their stage debut this year will be Come and Sing’s male chorus, a group of men from around the Peak District, trained from scratch especially for this show. Read more about this event … or
Christmas with The Buxton Musical Society

Join as at the Opera House once again for our traditional carol concert, presented as always by the Buxton Musical Society’s chorus and orchestra, conducted by Michael Williams. Guaranteed to get you in the festive spirit, the concert will include as ever a wide selection of carols and Christmas songs, with the audience, as usual, actively encouraged to sing along. Festive Brass & Voices

Join the world famous Fairey Brass Players (led by Brian Taylor) and Chapel-en-le-Frith Male Voice Choir (Musical Director Roger Briscoe) for a sparkling festive Christmas concert.
