You know the story – Cinderella with her glass slippers meets the handsome prince, falls in love and is free from her life with the Ugly Sisters and Evil Step Mother. This familiar tale is given a sinister twist with the addition of seven deadly sins desperate to corrupt our hero and heroine. The Ash Girl must learn to fight her daemons if she ever going to grow up out of the ashes.
Bugle Boy, by English playwright Den Stevenson traces the life of legendary music icon Glenn Miller, from leaving college to playing in various bands, including his own. He searches tirelessly for over 20 years, with the constant support and love of his wife Helen, for a unique band sound.

When he eventually succeeds in his quest, he and his family only enjoy the fruits of fame for three short years. When America joins the Second World War, he joins the Army, forms the subsequently famed A.A.F Band and flies to Europe to play to the Armed Forces; then goes missing in mysterious circumstances.

Featuring all of Glenn Miller’s famous and instantly recognisable tunes – played by a 16-piece live band – from Little Brown Jug to String Of Pearls; Moonlight Serenade to Pennsylvania 6-5000 and Chattanooga Choo Choo to Kalamazoo; this fantastic new musical will once again put audiences everywhere … In The Mood.

This is the epic story of the horse who didn’t have the human frailty of taking sides. A powerful story, through the eyes of a horse, which moves from life on a farm in peaceful Devon to survival on the Western Front in the First World War.

Suitable for children aged 10 years and above, the performance will last approximately 90 minutes – true to war, there will be no interval.

The ‘bad boys of abridgement’ are back in the UK following a highly successful run in New York and a sell-out US tour of The Complete World of Sports (Abridged). In this exclusive tour ahead of the show’s West End premiere, the entire history of athletic competition is revisited in a marathon of madness and mayhem that sees the world’s great sporting events shrunk down to theatrical size.

Among the many questions answered: Is darts really a sport? What does NASCAR stand for? Why do Americans insist on calling a contest in which only they compete the ‘World Series’? What about wife carrying, extreme ironing and bog snorkelling? Which is more boring – baseball or cricket? Who invented curling and synchronised swimming – and why are they in the Olympics?

Whether it’s the ancient cavemen or the Classical Greeks, the Romans, the Elizabethans or the modern sports media, The Complete World of Sports (Abridged) brings you all the emotion, the drama and the scandal of sports …

Every sport ever played on every continent in the entire history of the world in under two hours!

Let the games begin!
