Reservations & Ticket Exchange
Reservations will be held for a maximum of seven working days. On the day of a performance reservations are held until 30 minutes before the start of a show.
If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, we will exchange your tickets for another performance of the same event subject to availability. We can offer this service provided that your tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance. Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is cancelled.
