Reservations
Reservations will be held for a maximum of seven working days. On the day of a performance reservations are held until 30 minutes before the start of a show. For very busy shows, tickets booked within 7 days of the performance must be paid for at the time of booking.
Ticket exchange
If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, we will exchange your tickets for another performance (if any) of the same event subject to availability. (We cannot transfer tickets or money to an alternative show). We can offer this service provided that your tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance. Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is cancelled. Postage charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Relocation of shows
Very occasionally, we may have to relocate a show from the Opera House to the Arts Centre or from the Arts Centre main auditorium to the Studio (or vice versa in each case). Tickets originally purchased as numbered may become unallocated, in which case we regret we cannot refund.
