We also accept National Theatre tokens. Please note that a small fee is charged for posting tickets to you. In the event of a cancelled performance, we regret that this fee is non-refundable.

Personal Data

Please note that personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc) given to the Opera House during a ticket transaction is held securely and confidentially, and we may use it to contact you by post, phone or email for marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to receive information regarding future events, please contact the Marketing Department on 01298 72050.

Relocation of shows

Very occasionally, we may have to relocate a show from the Opera House to the Arts Centre or from the Arts Centre main auditorium to the Studio (or vice versa in each case). Tickets originally purchased as numbered may become unallocated, in which case we regret we cannot refund.

Latecomers

Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, which will be at the discretion of the performers or management.

Dancing

If you book to see a show in the Opera House and wish to dance, please ensure you book seats in the Stalls as we do not allow dancing on the upper levels. The Upper Circle sides and boxes are ‘no standing at all’ areas.

Children in the Theatre

Children are welcome at the Opera House and Pavilion Arts Centre, but please note the following:
